Hands-Only CPR is a simple, effective way to save a life during a sudden cardiac arrest—no mouth-to-mouth breaths required. If you see a teen or adult collapse, you can keep them alive until professional help arrives by taking two easy steps.
The 2 Easy Steps to Save a Life
📞 Step 1: Call 911. Immediately call emergency services or direct someone nearby to do it.
💓 Step 2: Push Hard and Fast. Place both hands in the center of the person's chest and push at a rate of 100 to 120 beats per minute.
Tip: Push to the rhythm of upbeat, well-known songs like "Stayin' Alive" by the Bee Gees or "Crazy in Love" by Beyoncé!
