  • First Aid, CPR, & AED

    Learn life-saving CPR skills with a hint of humor, and be the real world hero! Or unleash your inner first aid superhero and save the day with confidence!

    The purpose of the course modules in the First Aid/CPR/AED program is to help participants recognize and respond appropriately to cardiac, breathing, and first aid emergencies in adults or both adults & pediatrics; and to know how to care for a suddenly injured or ill person until more advanced medical personnel arrive and take over.

  • Basic Life Support

    BLS CPR trainings are especially developed to improve the early warning detection and cooperation abilities required by those working in a structured, cooperative, lifesaving setting. BLS is a more comprehensive certification than CPR and is intended for healthcare professionals and first responders. However, the same teamwork approach, warning sign recognition, and other extensive training that a BLS CPR program provides make it ideal for clergy, teachers, childcare providers, fitness and exercise instructors, and recreation activity leaders of all types. It covers techniques such as chest compressions, rescue breathing, and automated external defibrillators (AEDs).

  • Babysitters Training

    The purpose of the Babysitter’s Training program is to provide the knowledge and skills necessary to safely and responsibly give care for children and infants . This course — designed for youth ages 11 to 15 — helps participants to develop leadership skills; learn how to develop a babysitting business, keep themselves and others safe and help children behave; and learn about basic childcare and basic first aid.

    The Babysitter’s Training program is available in two formats: classroom (instructor-led) and online.

    What is a "CPR Party"?

    At one point we all have recieved an invitation to a party where the host was selling either makeup, cookware, or some sort of gadget.

    A CPR party is unlike anything you’ve experienced before.

    This is a chance to get together with loved ones and friends and discover life-saving techniques in a carefree and enjoyable setting. The days of learning CPR in a stuffy, cold classroom with uncomfortable chairs are long gone! We will provide everything you need for your training when you schedule your CPR party (obviously excluding food and beverages!).

    Who should book a CPR party?
    Anyone who knows anyone who has a heart and is breathing!

    Host a CPR Party with any theme of your choice and include CPR training. Each guest will learn life saving skills. As a bonus the host will get certified for free of charge for groups of 6 or more people.
