The CPR Menu™ — Find Your CPR Match ❤️
Answer a few simple questions and find the training that fits.
No guessing. No CPR alphabet soup. Just a simple path to the training that fits your needs.

The Organizations (Who writes the card?)
Not all CPR cards are created by the same organization — so let's get to the heart of the matter.❤️ AHA (American Heart Association): This is the most arresting option for doctors and nurses. If you work in a hospital, your career will flatline without it. They are the core authority, and their standards truly pump up the volume on clinical care.
❤️ ARC (American Red Cross): The lifeline for teachers, lifeguards, and babysitters. They have a bloody good first-aid program that covers everything from bleeding to basic CPR. It’s a total crowd-pleaser for community heroes.
❤️ HSI (Health & Safety Institute): The shockingly efficient choice for corporate offices and construction sites. They cut through the bureaucratic clogged arteries to give you OSHA-compliant training without skipping a beat.
💡 Heart Tip:
Before choosing an organization, check with your employer, school, licensing board, or program to find out which certification provider they accept. -
The Methodologies (How do you learn?)
❤️ Blended Learning: The ultimate hybrid heartbeat. You stay compressed on your couch to watch videos online, then do a quick in-person visit to smash some mannequin chests. It’s perfect if you're too busy to vent your time in a long classroom.
❤️Instructor-Led: The breathtaking traditional experience. You sit in a room for hours while a live human keeps you on resuscitation watch. You get immediate feedback so your skills don't get rusty, making it the best option for people who need a little positive pressure to stay focused.
💡 Heart Tip: Online learning is convenient, but CPR is a hands-on skill. Make sure the course you choose includes the appropriate skills practice and completion requirements for the certification you need. -
