They’re the faces of the future, the 'heartthrobs' of the hallways, and the leaders of tomorrow. But today, high school students are stepping into a much more vital role. As we celebrate CPR Awareness, we’re seeing a powerful movement take hold in our classrooms: students moving beyond the books and putting their Hands Over Hearts to master the life-saving skill of CPR.
April 21, 2026 marks a special day on the calendar for Hands Over Hearts, LLC. We are honored to have been cordially invited to the beautiful 12-acre campus of Arden Cahill Academy in Gretna to help empower the next generation of heroes.
This isn’t just any training session. Cameron and the Hands Over Hearts team will be joined by a very special guest:
Salina, a proud Arden Cahill alumna and current Pre-Med student at the University of Holy Cross New Orleans.
58 Students Stepping Up!
We will be speaking with 58 high school students who are choosing to go beyond their standard curriculum. These students are stepping up to understand their vital role as "Good Samaritans" in the community—proving that age is no barrier to taking responsibility in a life-or-death situation.
What’s on the Agenda?
The Good Samaritan Mindset: Understanding the legal and moral role of a bystander in a crisis.
Crisis Steps: A clear, tactical breakdown of exactly what to do when every second counts.
Essential First Aid: Hands-on mastery of techniques that can stabilize a situation before professional help arrives.
The Path to Certification: After this deep dive into life-saving skills, these 58 students will have the choice to become Nationally Certified the following day with Hands Over Hearts, LLC.
A Legacy of Service
Having Salina return to her alma mater brings the mission full circle. As she pursues her medical degree at University of Holy Cross, she serves as a living example of how the foundation laid at Arden Cahill—combined with the confidence of CPR training—can lead to a lifetime of impact.
